Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with DesignMorphine. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of product delivery at info@designmorphine,com with:
  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the item showing the damage or error.
Refunds and Replacements
For valid claims (damaged or misprinted items), we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method at no additional cost to you.

Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is un-claimed, a refund for the product price (excluding shipping) will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
  • Items returned without contacting us first.
