Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Because our products are made to order through our production partner (Printify), please allow additional time for manufacturing before shipment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Production Time (Print-on-Demand)
Each item is custom-made once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. This is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows: United States: 3–7 business days, Canada: 5–10 business days, International: 10–20 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your email].
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@designmoprhine.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
Since we work with multiple print providers through Printify, items in your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
